We identify and recruit foster families that can offer a safe, secure, and caring home environment for children and young persons placed in our care by Local Authorities.

Vineyard Fostering is a Limited Company registered in England (Registration No 12806243) with offices at Hart House, Kimpton Road, Luton, LU2 0LB.

Our up-to-date training courses and resources materials help to ensure our Staff and foster carers are well trained, adequately equipped with skills that will enable them to promote an excellent standard of care delivery to the children and young people. At Vineyard, we understand the hugely important role that foster carers play in the lives of children and young people who are unable to live with their birth families, therefore, we provide premium support to our foster carers to enable them to fulfil their responsibilities and enable positive outcomes for the children or young people.

Excellent Support

When you join Vineyard, we support you through every step of your fostering journey to enable you to provide the best possible care for the child and young person in your care. You will be allocated a Supervising Social Worker who will work closely with you and be in touch with you on a regular basis. With our 24/7 support, family activities and events that we offer to our foster carers, you are never alone. We work with a dedicated team of professionals to support you with looking after the needs of the child. You will be able to contact our offices to speak to our staff team for guidance and advice or should you have any matter that needs to be resolved.

Training

We provide relevant information, resources and training on your journey to becoming a foster carer. At the start of your journey, you will receive a comprehensive induction with lots of relevant information.

After your approval, you will undertake mandatory as well as complimentary face to face and online training which will help to develop the knowledge and skills you need to succeed as a foster carer.

Generous Allowances

We value the important role our foster carers play in caring for and changing the lives of children and young people placed with them. To reward them for this service, we offer generous allowances designed to help towards the cost of looking after the child or young person.

FosterTalk membership

Our foster carers receive fostering advice, guidance, training and independent support through FosterTalk membership.
